For years I avoided parties as much as I could.
I was one of those people who was always afraid I would not know what to say when time came for me to say something.
I have been known to leave parties before they had even begun.
Not anymore.
Nowadays I enjoy talking to people, and I marvel at all these lives they tell me about. Maybe because I stopped paying attention to myself.
It is true: people do change.
